Directions
Using public transport
From Hauptbahnhof Hannover walk to the subway station Kröpcke (about 500m from the main entrance of the railway). Take the subway No. 4 (direction Garbsen) or 5 (direction Stöcken) to the station Schneiderberg / Wilhelm-Busch-Museum. Cross the street and walk along Schneiderberg. After about 600m turn left into the 2nd cross-street Appelstraße. After about 300m you will find TFD on the left side

Travelling by car
Journey via motor way A2, leave at junction ‘Hannover-Herrenhausen’. Take ‘West Schnellweg’ towards ‘Hannover-Zentrum’. Leave the Westschnellweg at departure ‘Herrenhausen’, then turn right to the ‘Herrenhäuser Straße’. Follow the ‘Herrenhäuser Straße’ until its end. From here, follow the tram rails to the right into ‘Nienburger Straße’. Turn left at the next traffic light into ‘Schneiderberg’. Now go straight on until you reach the second junction. Then turn left into ‘Appelstraße’. After about 300m you will find the parking area of the IfS on the left side. Parking space is available direct in front of TFD.
Travelling from the Airport
From Airport Hannover Langenhagen you take the city railway S5 direction Hameln Bahnhof and get out at railway station Hannover/Nordstadt. Follow the Engelbosteler Damm facing south and take the 2nd street right (Haltenhoffstraße). Afterwards take the next street left (Schneiderberg). The 2nd street left is Appelstraße. After about 300m you will reach the TFD on the left side
